It’s true! In the unlikely event that we have overlooked any essential item from our ironmongery schedule, we will supply it free of charge!*
*Essential ironmongery is defined as items critical to the operation of the door, e.g. lever handles, pull handles, mortice locks/latch, hinges, intumescent. It does not include ancillary items such as door stops, coat hooks, finger guards, signage etc. Where items are deliberately omitted or we are unclear of requirements, a note will be included in the schedule for client review. The client should still check that all items proposed are fit for purpose.
