It assists door sets in meeting the requirements of Approved Document M and BS 8300. It has been fire and endurance tested by UKAS approved Third Party test bodies.
This product is also available in a range of metal finishes – Polished Brass, Satin Nickel, Polished Nickel, Antique Brass, Silver, Satin Stainless.
Heavy Duty overhead door closer, Adjustable latching and closing action. EN2-5 Power adjustable by spring. Option of adjustable Back check, Delayed action. For doors up to 1250mm wide and 110kg. Fire rated for up to 120 minutes on timber doorsets and 240 minutes on metal doorsets.
