Concealed overhead door closer with cam and roller mechanism – perfect for compliance with Approved Document M and BS 8300 recommendations. Suitable for doors minimum 44mm thick, EN2-4 power size adjustable.
This unit is very slim and non-handed. Can be used for single and double action applications. Suitable for a variety of metal and timber doors, and features in locations where accessibility and aesthetics are crucial, such as hospitals, care homes and schools. Fire tested up to 60 minutes, for doors up to 60kg and 950mm wide. Intumescent pack required for fire door applications. Complies with DDA opening forces for doors minimum 835mm.
