This modern office building is situated in the City close by St Paul’s. The fit-out was completed in 2015, and Armada supplied ironmongery to both timber and glass doors.

The client wanted all ironmongery items to be in a particular Bronze to match a Bronze Anodised aluminum track used by the partitioning system within the offices.
We collected a sample of the track from site and then used this to get a close colour match for all of the hardware that we supplied, including screw heads, lock forends, glass patch fittings, floor spring covers etc.

The result was stunning and the ironmongery refinishing was achieved in a lead time of just 2-3 weeks. We are able to powder coat Stainless Steel in a whole host of differing finishes if required, Black and White being other popular choices.

4 Arts & Crafts Luxury Houses

This high specification project comprised 4 individual Arts & Crafts luxury homes, ranging in size from 4500 – 6000 square feet each.

Excellent design and attention to detail is apparent throughout, including oak staircases, open fireplaces, underfloor heating, integrated audio and security systems etc.

Armada were pleased to supply 4 Panel oak doors and Satin Chrome classical ironmongery to this project, the result is excellent and complements the overall scheme very well. One challenge was the non-standard sizes of many door openings to the many cupboards. We manufactured several bespoke sizes specifically to suit these doorways, including several doors only 1200mm high!

As a proof of the quality of this project, it won BEST INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT 2015-2016 at the International Property Awards.

Cambridge residential new-build

This development in Cambridge comprised 8 one bedroom units and 1 studio apartment. Located close to the Cambridge Science Park, the project justifies it’s quality specification and has been a great success.

Armada were pleased to supply both Stainless Steel ironmongery and oak veneered doors throughout the building. In addition we supplied a flush mounting mail box unit which was mounted in the covered porch area.
